We want to help you find the perfect home! We manage properties in Tulsa, Owasso, Sperry, Broken Arrow, Skiatook, Claremore and all of the Green Country area. We are a small team that specializes in home rentals and determining exactly what will work for you. There is a $50 application fee for everyone over the age of 18. We do a credit check, background check, income verification, rental history verification and proof of employment. 

We charge a $500 non refundable pet fee for approved pets and a $100 lease initiation fee.
